  1. 1. Booking and Payment
    1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the shooting date and commence any pre-production work.
    2. Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior after shooting to deliver the final high-resolution images/videos without watermarks.
    3. Pricing: Quotes are valid for 14 days. Prices are subject to change if the Scope of Work (e.g., number of products, complex setups) changes after the initial agreement.
  3. 2. Turnaround Time & Rush Fees
    1. Standard Delivery: Our standard turnaround time for high-end editing and retouching is 3 to 5 business days following the shoot date or the client's final selection of images.
    2. Rush Delivery: If the Client requires the final deliverables sooner than the standard turnaround time, a Rush Fee of [e.g., 30% - 50%] of the total project cost will be applied, subject to studio availability.
